Summer Workouts

Hellooo!! Its Summer! I dont know about you but Im really enjoying not having to do anything haha and probably many of you are wondering what to do with so much time left on your hands...well why not workout for your bikini body?!

I have recently tried looking for fun new workouts instead of the treadmill. Here are some workouts that I hope you guys enjoy! Work hard and never quit!!

 

With working out and trying to stay fit, you must watch what you eat! You MUST eat healthy if you want to stay fit and energized throughout the day. Here are some easy breakfast, dinner, snack ideas you might want to consider. Ive personally tried all of these and they make me feel energized and they're great!

Coat Obsession

Coats!! I adore coats, I love coats, I smell coats, I lick coats..... Unfortunately spring is here and its not so chilly anymore, which is great which means that the oversized coats will be gone :(  One of the most popular and most lovable looks this winter/spring has been these coats. My skin care / Hair care

Hello guys!! sorry I haven't posted since last month..things have really been busy for me these past few months...cant believe it either haha 

So what I thought I would share with you guys is my skin care/ hair care. Not much but the secret to perfect skin will always be WATER! So drink tons of it :)

 Frizz Control Hair Cream

My hair is a frizz ball and I had never thought about buying some frizz cream to calm down my hair but I finally did and it worked wonders! I don't have any more little hairs sticking out or after I straighten my hair i just apply this cream after and all the frizz is gone! and it also smells delish :)

Mary Kay Spin Brush

I really enjoy this brush because it deep cleans my face, and afterwards my skin feels super soft and I never have any make up left behind or any dirt. Invest in one of these and you'll be set.

Neutrogena Acne Wash

I was really unsure about this product the first I tried it because it would burn on my face. I hated it and left it in my cabinet for a while, but just recently tried it again and it cleared some nasty pimples on my face....so I really like it. If you're picky about smells in face products, this one might not please you (very strong acidic smell)

Mary Kay Hydrating cream and Mask

Whenever I finish cleansing my face, I always put a little dab of the hydrating cream and it makes my face look so illuminous and hydrated (not oily) I think this cream is one of the best that I've tried so far. The facial mask Im not to excited about but it does make my skin feel very soft after I use it. The only thing I really like about it is that its only a 10 minute wait haha but who knows maybe it doesn't work wonders on my skin but it might on yours (:

Neutrogena Makeup remover and cleanser

LOVE THIS!! It takes away my make up and leaves my skin spotless. I really recommend this product. Its 2 in one! Removes dirt and my foundation so quick and it doesnt leave my skin soft, it leaves it really dry...but I can easily fix it by putting on hydrating cream after (:

I hope you guys like this blog post and I really hope you guys wash out your make up at night time because you don't want those pores to get dirty ;) Also drink TONS  of water! it makes your skin look brighter and healthier...who doesnt want that?
